Can I return my bought articles?

If one or more of the ordered items do not meet your expectations, you can make use of the right to return them to the address below within 14 work days:

The Conditions for Returns

The articles must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. In case of damage or loss of the package or it's articles we do not reimburse the costs (or only partially reimburse the costs). Please send the articles with the corresponding invoice or picking list.

Some articles are exempt from these conditions and can not be returned! This includes salte, limited and Out=Out items. It also includes cut straps and other made to measure articles or articles that were ordered specifically for you. If you are unsure if the item/items you want to return can be returned please contact us at info@boomsma.nl.

Please announce your returns shipment via email (info@boomsma.nl). Use the subject Return Shipment and mention the ordernumber OW...

We highly advise to send the items with a Barcode in case of expensive articles. Keep the Barcode until we have reimbursed your expenses (minus the shipping costs).

 

Costs Returns Shipment

Boomsma.nl is not responsible for the costs of the returns shipment unless your return the entire order. (check the return conditions above)

Are there any mistakes made with your order on our part? Then the costs are for us.
 

Reimbursing your expenses

We reimburse your expenses (without shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the returns.

We request to leave your bankaccountinformation, specifically the account number and name of the account holder.
