If one or more of the ordered items do not meet your expectations, you can make use of the right to return them to the address below within 14 work days:

click on 'My account'. Make sure you have logged in first!
Choose the order from wich you want to return articles by clicking on the 'Details' button next to it.
once you've clicked on the button 'details' you can read all the information about your order. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the button 'Return Request'.
Fill in all the areas bellow (reason, IBAN, accountholder and remarks if you have some).
Under the subtitle 'Quantity returned' you can fill in what you want to return.
Important! Products packed by 10 pcs. 100 or for example 1.000 pcs. can only be returned in full quantity. Are any of them missing?...no refund.
After filling in the areas you may click on the 'request return'button (green button).
Your Returns request is now succesfull. You will receive emails with further information.
We are within our rights to refuse a return request if it does not follow our returns rules. This includes for instance leather straps, sale items etc. but also damaged or incomplete items. Make sure the returns are requested within 14 work days.
The articles must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. In case of damage or loss of the package or it's articles we do not reimburse the costs (or only partially reimburse the costs). Please send the articles with the corresponding invoice or picking list.
Some articles are exempt from these conditions and can not be returned! This includes salte, limited and Out=Out items. It also includes cut straps and other made to measure articles or articles that were ordered specifically for you. If you are unsure if the item/items you want to return can be returned please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please announce your returns shipment via email (email@example.com). Use the subject Return Shipment and mention the ordernumber OW...
We highly advise to send the items with a Barcode in case of expensive articles. Keep the Barcode until we have reimbursed your expenses (minus the shipping costs).
Boomsma.nl is not responsible for the costs of the returns shipment unless your return the entire order. (check the return conditions above)
Are there any mistakes made with your order on our part? Then the costs are for us.
We reimburse your expenses (without shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the returns.
We request to leave your bankaccountinformation, specifically the account number and name of the account holder.
